Refunds
Nothing costs money during alpha, so there is nothing to refund yet. This is the policy paid plans launch with.
- Monthly plans: cancel any time; the plan runs to the end of the paid month. First 14 days of a first subscription: full refund, no questions.
- Annual plans: full refund within 30 days of first purchase; after that, pro-rated at our discretion. Ask, we are reasonable.
- Billing mistakes (double charges, a cancelled plan that kept charging) are refunded in full, always.
- Refunds go through the payment provider you bought through and land on the original payment method.
