Refunds
Nothing costs money during alpha, so there is nothing to refund yet. This is the policy paid plans launch with: 30 days, on everything.
- Any plan, monthly or annual: full refund within 30 days of a first purchase, no reason needed. That is longer than the 14-day right of withdrawal EU and UK consumers have by law, which stays in place.
- Paid plugins: the same 30 days, handled by us and processed by Paddle.
- After 30 days: cancel any time and the plan runs to the end of the paid period. A genuinely unused period is refunded at our discretion. Ask, we are reasonable.
- Billing mistakes (double charges, a cancelled plan that kept charging) are refunded in full, always.
- Refunds go through Paddle, the merchant of record you bought through, and land on the original payment method.
