Subscription terms in one paragraphA subscription is per person (Solo) or per seat (Crew, two minimum), billed annually or monthly in advance, renewing automatically until cancelled. We email before a renewal. Prices can change for new terms only, never mid-term. Fleet is an annual agreement with its own order form.Acceptable useDo not use Grid Console to build or operate malware, to attack systems you do not own, or to circumvent licence checks or plugin entitlements. Do not resell access, and do not present a plugin as official when it is not. That is the whole list, and it is enforced by removal from the marketplace or termination of a licence, in that order.Data protectionControllerYou, for everything in your repositories, cards and transcripts. Cookies and consentThe site sets no third-party trackers and no advertising cookies. The consent banner is minimal and declines by default; declining changes nothing about how the site works. Checkout pages served by Paddle set their own cookies, which their notice covers.Warranty, liability and the alphaGrid Console is pre-release software. It is provided as-is during the alpha, with no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months. Agents change code on your machine: every stage has a review gate and a way back for that reason, and running with autonomy raised is your decision. Statutory consumer rights are not affected by any of this.Governing lawDutch law, courts of Amsterdam, for business customers. Consumers keep the protection of their own country’s law and courts.
