The page Grid opens on. It answers one question: what is waiting on me right now.
Only work that is blocked on you, in two groups, DEVELOPMENT and BACKLOG. Each row starts with the verb it wants from you:
| VERB | WHAT WAITS |
|---|---|
| ANSWER | A question, or a permission request, from an agent. |
| APPROVE | A plan. |
| REVIEW | A diff, once the reviewer has finished. |
| RESUME | A session that ended before its stage was done. |
| REPAIR | A blocked card, such as a delivery blocker or a missing dependency. |
| DECIDE | A backlog idea with an open question. |
Each row says what the decision is and how long it has waited, and carries the decision's own buttons where it has them (Approve, Revise, the options an agent offered), so a plain choice never needs the card opened. The header counts what waits on you and how long the oldest has waited.
Under the rows a strip of three tiles counts what does not need you: agents working, cards ready to start, and environment issues (a crashed, failed or unchecked environment). A design with changes that have no cards yet is counted on the Design entry in the sidebar.
Underneath, MEANWHILE is a muted timeline of every card and its last report, split into today, yesterday and earlier: how long ago it was last heard from, a state word (working, waiting, idle, detached, scheduled, asked you, plan ready, review ready, closed) and the last line it reported. Cards that need you keep their colour there too, and closed cards drop off after 48 hours. It is there so you can check, not so it can call you.
Open a row and the list becomes a rail beside the full card, so you can move from one decision to the next without losing your place. Esc closes the card and returns you to the list. A DECIDE row opens the idea in the backlog instead. Every other page directs your attention the same way: colour for what needs you, grey for the rest.
A link that names another area (?area=) opens that area instead, and the wall view opens on Development; see agents and the fleet.
